Autel KM100 Corolla 2021 “Incorrect Key Type Use Non-Toyota Key” Solution

Problem:

Tried to generate Toyota Corolla 2021 smart key with Autel KM100 using Autel Toyota ikey.

It says incorrect key type. Use a non-Toyota universal key.

Is this normal not to work on Autel Toyota key?

Solution:

Corolla does not need Toyota specific ikey. Use any other.

Corolla 2021 is 4A type. Autel Toyota ikey will work for 8A and 4D. Use universal type ikey.
