    There are several solutions to this problem. but incomplete solution!!!!!!!.
    1: From MBE group. this just soft update : NEC PRO 57 KEY Programmer v. 11
    Need buy necprog price: 2400 – 3000 EUR.

    This software can read ezs for data key, and read password from key ( ver. 51 or ver. 57)
    So if loss keys this soft cannot do…. and if problem EZS this soft cannot fix it.
    (RESULT: THIS SOFT JUST WORK FOR MAKE SPARE KEYS.. NEED KEY WORKED)

    This soft will work need worked key… for get password; also they have solution if loss all key… need change new ezs ..
    Read data (hash) key from old ezs and write to new ezs… no need password for do if ezs is new.

    I THINK THAT SOFT CAN DO FOR EZS NEWER VERSION WITH NEC INSIDE…. BUT ALL SOFT NOT WORK ON CASE LOSS OF KEY.

    Base software is same…. that soft have solution for renew ezs and esl need password from key v57.

    IR key programmer & IR service key from efficip
    this soft same base software… just do spare key, need password from key v57.

    OBD365‘s  conclusion…
    There are only two types of software to perform new EZS type..
    1, software can read ezs by IR and CAN BUS ( socket or obd) and then this software can renew ezs and esl by can bus, use password for reset..
    2, software can read ezs by IR and and calc key. so this soft can not repair ezs or esl
    Most sellers only modify.
