TM100 need reflash after open authorization(solved)

Here is the solution to TM100 transponder key programmer software error after opened module authorization.

 

Customer problem:

I ordered TM100 with basic module half an year ago. I recently paid you factory to open authorization for Toyota Peugeot Ford Citroen and Mercedes Benz modules, but I did not see the new modules added and TM100 gave me following error message:

“Connection warning: TM100 interface need reflash (Part 1.)

Please wait while the TM100 is programmed.

Do not disconnect TM100 from the computer.”

“File was downloaded successfully.

Please save your works.

Click YES to update, NO to exit.”

“Payable module (ID:10). Please contact with your dealer for more detail information.”

“Unable to execute file:

E:/Program Files/TM100 Key Programmer Software/USB Interface Drivers/CDM20814

CreateProcess failed; code 3.

Le chemin d’acces specifie est introuvable.”

 

Solution from obd365.com engineer:

If you open the authorization, please uninstall previous TM100 software and delete all files. Re-install the TM100 programmer software again. It will work.
