    We have a customer who bought OBDSTAR F108 PSA PINCode tool.

    When he tried to read pin code for Citroen berlingo 2008 and Peugeot 407, he had a problem” communication break down”.

    Solution from obd365.com technician:

    First of all,open key switch

    The OBDSTAR PSA Tool only supports adding key,not support all keys lost.

    If you have the communication break down error,you need to write the data and send it to factory .

     

    How to get the data record ?

    There is a data record in “About” option,open it and match.
    Then data saved in file “LOG”. Insert TF card to laptop and send it to us.

    Our factory will help to solve the problem.
