How to unlock VW ID48 Magic II chip by SKP900

SuperOBD SKP900 key programmer will unlock some VW Audi Skoda ID48 chip when working with 46/4D/48 Adapter Plus. Here’s one for example.

Device used:
Zed Bull mini for check chip type
SKP900 auto key programmer
46/4D/48 Adapter Plus for SKP-900

Instruction:

First identify remote key chip type
Mini Zed-bull reads as 48 Megamos

Place the remote key with 48 chip into the coil of the 46/4D/48 Adapter

Select Special function

Choose 9PIN connector
Connect adapter

Select Enhansed ToolSet

Select Chip INFO Detecter

Please put chip in coil
Working please wait

SKP-900 identify the chip type Megamos 48. The chip is locked.

Back to function selection menu, select Unlock key chip

Select Unlock some 48

Put 48 chip in coil
Working
Unlock success.

Unplug the remote key from coil
Put the remote key with chip into zed bull to check if the ID48 chip is unlocked successfully.

If not, repeat the skp900 procedure.
