How to use VVDI MB Tool to Reset KM on Mercedes R300 2012

Here’s the guide to reset mileage on a Mercedes Benz R300 2012 model by using Xhorse VVDI MB BGA Tool key programmer.

Original mileage: 172869 KM

Open VVDI MB software

Select W164 2009-> Read EIS data

Read EIS data success

Save BIN file

Save HC05 data

Select Special Function tab-> Reset KM

Choose correct chassis number: R-Class (W215),GL(X164),ML(W164)

VVDI MB Tool read original mileage: 172869 KM

Click on Write and enter new mileage you need to change

VVDI MB prompts : Whether to stop the instrument and EIS mileage synchronization?

Click Yes (otherwise KM will not be changed)

Completed.

Reset instrument by insurance box or cut off vehicle power supply then connect it

Now the mileage is 1504 KM (customer desired KM).

Done!
