How to: VVDI2 MQB key programming


You need new and original MQB keys

You also need a VVDI2 Xhorse

(vvdi2 is the only one key programmer supports MQB instrument)


Note that MQB function is FREE to get with VVDI2 Copy 48 Transponder (96 bit) Function Authorization Service

In detail…


Insert the working key and ignition on

Connect VVDI2 to the car and the laptop

Run VVDI2 VW software

Connecting to the device (VVDI2)



Reading data success

Save data

Read immo data

Reading immo data success

Save data

Make dealer key

Input the new key into VVDI2 key programmer

Prepare dealer key success

Reset instrument

Add key with immo.bin

All keys are successfully learned

Test the key and it’s working.

Job’s done!
