How to use BMW Turbo Decoder HU92 V3 Tool?

How-to: Use Turbo Decoder HU92 V.3 to unlock BMW Mini Cooper in 4 steps: reset the tool, unlock the door, read the tooth number, match the key.

Before using Turbo Decoder HU92 V.3, let us look at the name of each part:

Step 1: Reset the tool

Open the package, take out the BMW HU92 V3 tool, screw the tool. Start to reset the tool, Pull out the sliding door at the back of the tool

 

180 degree counterclockwise rotation No. 2 wheel to the top position

Note: No. 2 wheel must be rotated to the top position, otherwise it will lead tool reset failure and can’t open the locked door.

 

Use the reset sheet to push the tool card to the top position.

Note: all cards must be pushed to the top position.

 

Read the code in this position as the standard.

 

180 degree clockwise rotation No. 2 wheel to the top position.

 

Then push the sliding door to lock it.

 

Test the lock direction.

Every door lock cylinder has left and right row of locks.

 

The two rows of locks cross each other, one behind the other.

 

Example: left row and the Right row.

 

The testing key is slotted at the position of the lock.

 

One is short and one is long.

 

Insert the testing key into the lock hole, use the side which is inserted into the bottom to compare the lock direction of tool into the lock hole.

 

Please close the sliding door before inserting the tool into the lock hole.

Note: before unplugging and inserting the tool please fully lock the sliding door.

 

Step 2: to unlock the door

 

Pull out the sliding door.

 

Rotate in the direction of the door to drive the wheel 1 to rotate.

Rotate NO.1 wheel in the direction of the door with your left hand, and rotate the NO.2 wheel with your right hand to feel a bit tight.

 

Then return to the right repeatedly until the door is unlocked.

 

Finally, when the lock is opened, please return the NO.2 wheel to the right to reset, and then lock the sliding door fully before pulling out the tool, otherwise the tool will be damaged.

 

Step 3: Read the tooth number.

Look at the depth of the locks.

 

Read the code in this position as the standard.

 

Record the converted key tooth number on the card.

 

Compare the depth of the tooth number on the paper with the tooth number of the original key.

 

Step 4: Match the key.

On the key cutting machine (i.e Xhorse Condor), choose the relative car model or the key type.

Please enter the key tooth number.
