Question: I got a call today for a all keys lost on a 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali (VIN 1GT19REY2MF158243). I would like to know if Autel IM508 or IM608 can do the job without problem. Autel web site states that the tool support GMC Sierra up to 2020 and GMC Denali up to 2021. It is confusing to me because this truck is a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali. It’s a push to start the ignition system . No key on this truck. I have the CAN FD Autel adapter. Any help will be appreciated to help me see more clearly on this case. Test and report: Today I finally reprogram 2 keys fob on this 2021 Chevy truck 2500 with the Autel Im508. No FD adapter needed. 15 minutes and the job was completed. Thanks Autel! I had to configure the IM508 for a 2021 Chevrolet 3500 truck while my truck is a 2500. I did not use the FD adapter. Not all GM products on the new system!! 2021 Trucks still on the old system. 2021 Suburban, Tahoe Escalade and some others are on the new system.
