Autel IM508 Ford F350 2020 Learn Key Failed?

Problem:
Ford F350 2020 how come I can’t add a smart key to it with Autel IM508 and oem dealer key. and I have a working key, not that I need it to add.

Solution: Wrong hole. That’s not the right place the slot goes. Use the other programming slot to the left of that one. Lift out the rubber mat and you’ll see another slot.
