    CGDI Prog BMW failed to connect with vehicle, indicator did not turn on. When run CGDI software, it said failed to open device.

    Solution:

    Unplug USB cable that connects to PC, re-plug again.

    Go to Device Manager, check if device is detected.

    If device is not detected, re-install driver, it should be fine.
