Skoda Fabia 2019 with locked MQB NEC 35xx key programming successfully using xtool x100 pad3 via OBD.
Connect x100 pad3 with vehicle.
Select Skoda->Select by type->Immobilizer function->MQB immobilizer system->NEC35XX Dashboard ->2015 onwards
Reading immo data
It takes about 10 minutes
Read CS, VIN and key information
Save Immo data
Select Make dealer key
Connect KC501 or KC100 with X100 PAD3
Put a programmed key into KC501/KC100
Get key data
Put a new key into coil
Make dealer key success
Then Learn key
Turn on ignition switch
All keys need to be learned
Put key numbers to be learned: 2
Learn key 1 and 2.
Add key successfully.
Test both keys. It is working.
NOTE: JCI is not supported yet. Choose Xhorse, Autel or Launch X431 device.
