2021 Cadillac CT5 Remote Works Car Not Start Solution

Problem:

It is a 2021 Cadillac CT5, added 2 keys through VCI200 J2534 and Techline Connect SPS2. Remote buttons work but they won’t start the car. Dashboard shows error “Key not learned, try again”. Any solution?

Solution:

Try battery reset.

Feedback:

Battery reset corrected the problem. Just wrapped it up.
