    Problem:

    Working on a 20222 Subaru WRX blade ignition key, all keys lost. It’s not a smart key it’s a key ignition. Tried to program key with Autel IM608 but kept getting this error.

    Failed to generate analog key. Eeprom data error, get key type failed.

    Solution:

    First of all, always do Manual selection with Subaru’s.

    2022+ Subaru WRX bladed ignition all keys lost is not possible with any tool. Even the smart pro won’t do it.

    Autel cannot do it via OBD. It’s eeprom job.
