Confirmed! BMW Explorer 18.12.03 is able to program new keys and do odometer correction for BMW E, F, G series with CAS, EWS or FEM/BDC. All can be done using V2018 BMW E/F Scanner II.

BMW Explorer is designed for DTC reading with clear text explanation, car setting adjustment, maintenance interval adjustment, key programming or blocking, remote control synchronization…. for BMW cars of series E60, E65, E66, E70, E71, E81, E82, E87, E88, E90, E91, E92, E93, F01, F02, F07, F10, F11, F12 ,F15, F16, F20, F21, F30, F31, F32, F80 Mini Cooper R56 R60 and Rolls-Royce.
